We're making LGBTQ Pride History in South Dakota
Over the last two decades, Sioux Falls Pride has made it a point to proudly celebrate LGBTQ people. Just last year, Sioux Falls Pride welcomed over 10,000 attendees to our state’s largest celebration of queer culture.
Now in 2019, Sioux Falls is getting its first LGBTQ Pride Parade in Downtown! June of this year also marks 50 years since the Stonewall Riots in New York City, which catapulted the LGBTQ Equality movement across the nation, and continues to inspire our work toward equality today.
Be a part of history and join the ACLU of South Dakota’s crew in marching with Pride on June 15th.
All are welcome to march. Encourage your friends, families, and peers to join.
