UPDATE: Senate lawmakers passed House Bill 1130. The bill now moves to Gov. Noem's desk.

House Bill 1130 is an Act to establish requirements for the presentation of a written statement regarding the discontinuance of a drug-induced abortion.

House Bill 1130 would require abortion providers to post information in their waiting areas and doctors to give patients information not supported by science about a so-called “abortion reversal.” We oppose House Bill 1130.
