UPDATE: The House Judiciary Committee voted to kill House Bill 1184.
House Bill 1184 would mandate that any person convicted of aiding, abetting, or advising a crime could not receive a longer sentence than the principal actor, and it would allow for applicable persons to bring a motion to correct their sentence.
We support House Bill 1184.
