UPDATE: House Bill 1194 passed committee and the full House it now moves on to Senate committee.

House Bill 1194 is an Act to authorize the review of certain executive orders issued by the President of the United States.

House Bill 1194 would attempt to prohibit Presidential Executive Orders from implementation if the Attorney General rather than the courts, upon review determines that an executive order is unconstitutional.

We oppose House Bill 1194.
