UPDATE: The Senate Judiciary Committee voted to advance Senate Bill 141.
Senate Bill 141 would remove convictions from a persons criminal background history under the following circumstances: the highest charged crime was a petty offense, municipal ordinance violation, or a Class 2 misdemeanor; a misdemeanor for the use or possession of marijuana.
