UPDATE: The House Judiciary Committee voted to send Senate Bill 146 to the 41st day.

Senate Bill 146 would allow a person who was sentenced to life imprisonment for an offense that was committed when they were 25 or younger to be eligible for parole consideration when they turned 50.
