Senate Bill 190 would revise provisions regarding unfair or discriminatory practices.
Senate Bill 190 would secure people from being discriminated against in employment, housing, public accomodations, and education on the basis of their sexual orientation, gender identity, and identification as a Native American Two Spirit.
We support Senate Bill 190. This policy would be a great step forward in changing the landscape for the civil rights and liberties for LGBTQ+ and Two Spirit South Dakotans.
