Summary

Every eligible LGBTQ+ and Two-Spirit voter has an obligation to vote in the upcoming election. We’re hosting this event to make sure everyone is prepared to make their voices heard. Join via Zoom or Facebook live on Aug. 20 and submit your questions ahead of time by emailing [email protected].

Even after recent historic Supreme Court rulings, discrimination is still the law of the land in many states. Year after year, some South Dakota lawmakers continue to push anti-trans rhetoric in Pierre. With the days leading up to Election Day dwindling, it's time to get prepared and vote for candidates who will fight for our right to thrive.

That's why we're hosting a Voting Rights Happy Hour with the voteOUT coalition at 4 p.m. MT/5 p.m. CT on Thursday, August 20 and we want to see you there.

This free event will help attendees better understand voting absentee and the rights guaranteed to LGBTQ+ and Two Spirit South Dakota voters.

Come with your favorite beverage, a notebook, and a hunger to learn more about how your vote can impact the lives of your community.
