The 2019 South Dakota Legislative Session begins in January. 

Tuesday, January 8 marks the official start of the 2019 South Dakota Legislative Session. In recent years we’ve seen legislative attacks on LGBT people, women’s rights, abortion care, and our immigrant and refugee communities. With your help and a lot of determination, we’ve been able to fight back the majority of attempts to limit our rights and liberties at the Capitol – and this year we’ll be calling on you once again to stay involved and informed!
