And year after year, LGBTQ+ and Two Spirit organizations, partner organizations and allies across the state have joined forces to defeat these bills.

This year has been no different.

Join the ACLU of South Dakota, the Transformation Project Advocacy Network, Black Hills Center for Equality and the Human Rights Campaign for a virtual panel discussion on past and present anti-trans legislation in South Dakota and how people can get plugged in for the fight ahead.
