Senate Bill 75 would require a driver’s license or permit to indicate whether or not someone is a United States citizen.

For decades, our cities have had the right to make decisions about how to use taxpayer money and protect South Dakota residents. Senate Bill 7 would eliminate that right by prohibiting sanctuary cities in the state.
