House Bill 1214 would provide immunity for security personnel of a religious organization.

House Bill 1054 would allow volunteer chaplains to serve in public schools. Allowing public schools to establish voluntary positions for chaplains will inevitably lead to evangelizing and religious coercion of students.

Senate Bill 51 would require the display of the Ten Commandments in every public school classroom in South Dakota.
